Don’t you just hate it when your favourite bar stool breaks? I do. But before replacing anything, I always try to fix it first. After all, everything I own is something I once chose and loved.

Sometimes, all you need is a little TLC
First things first: I tidied up the scratches and trimmed away any loose faux leather to get a clean base. Then, using matching leather repair sheets (easily found online), I cut patches to size and carefully stuck them over the damaged areas.
I tried to align one edge as closely as possible with the existing stitching so the repair would blend in nicely.

And your bar stool are (almost) as good as new!
Repeat the process for both stools and voilà! Good as new, and ready to be enjoyed for a little while longer 🙂 (and definitely cheaper than bran new bar stools)
